I enjoy giving practical advice for how to handle the day to day, while addressing the truths of Scripture and the character of God. I believe in combining the insights of psychology with the power of the Holy Spirit. And I try to see every challenge as an opportunity to become more of our true selves.

I love bringing people closer to God because my faith has enriched my life like nothing else, and I hope to encourage others in the way I have been encouraged. I often include pieces of my life experience in my writings, as well as drawing from my training and clinical work.
